Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Request Timeline:
    • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
    • For same-day cancellations or no-shows, no refund will be provided, and the total booking amount will be charged.
  • Group Bookings:
    • Group reservations (for 5 or more rooms) require a 7-day notice for cancellation to avoid charges.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date for group bookings will incur a 30% fee of the total booking amount.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds on Eligible Cancellations:
    • For cancellations made within the specified time frame, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • If a booking was made through third-party platforms (e.g., online travel agencies), guests must contact the third-party provider directly to process the refund.
  • Non-Refundable Rates:
    • Special promotions or discounted rates labeled as “non-refundable” are not eligible for cancellation or refund, regardless of the time of cancellation.

3. Modifications to Bookings

  • Guests are permitted to modify their reservation dates subject to availability and applicable rates.
  • No fee will be charged for modifications made 72 hours prior to the check-in date.
  • For modifications made within 72 hours of check-in, standard cancellation fees may apply if the new booking date is not within a similar or higher pricing tier.

4. Early Departures

  • In the case of an early departure after check-in, no refund will be issued for unused nights.

5. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s or hotel’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics), cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and full or partial refunds may be provided depending on the situation.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not provide prior notification, the reservation will be treated as a no-show, and the total booking amount will be charged.
